Steps

Ø  Insert Windows 7 CD Or DVD In Your Computer.

Ø  Restart Your Computer

Ø  Boot From CD Or DVD

Ø  (After Loading Windows Files) Select Your Language And Prefences

Ø  Click ‘Next’

Ø  Click On ‘Repair Your Computer’

Ø  Then Select ‘Restore Your Computer Using A Image’

Ø  Click ‘Next’

Ø  Click ‘Skip’

Ø  Click ‘Cancel-2’

Ø  Then Select ‘Command Prompt’

Ø  Type The Drive Letter In Which Your Window Is Installed [For E.g c:]

Ø  Type ‘dir’ (Check The User And Windows Folder)

Ø  Type ‘cd  windows’

Ø  Type ‘cd  system32’

Ø  Type ‘copy  Utilman.exe  Utilman1.exe’

Ø  Type ‘cmd.exe  cmd1.exe’

Ø  Type ‘del  Utilman.exe’

Ø  Type ‘ren cmd1.exe  Utilman.exe’

Ø  Type ‘exit’

Ø  Restart Your Computer

Ø  Click On Utility Icon On The Left Corner Of The Screen [When You Click On Utility CMD Is Opened]

Ø  Type ‘lusrmgr.msc’

Ø  Double Click On User Folder

Ø  Right Click On Administrator

Ø  Set Password

Ø  Proceed

Ø  Now Give Password

Ø  Click On ‘OK’

Ø  Also Double Click On Administrator

Ø  Uncheck On ‘Account Is Disabled’

Ø  Apply And Then Ok

Ø  Now Close The Window

Ø  Close The Command Prompt

Ø  Log In With Administrator And Password[New Password]

Ø  After Logging In

Ø  Open Run (Win+R)

Ø  Type ‘cmd’

Ø  Type ‘c:’

Ø  Type ‘cd  windows’

Ø  Type ‘cd  system32’

Ø  Type ‘ren  Utilman1.exe  Utilman.exe’

Ø  Exit
